Floral Flora Romper/Dress

This is for the Flora Romper/Dress as shown! 

It can be either pants or shorts, and these run TTS but keep in mind they are meant to sit lower on the chest, made to have something underneath. 

The ties make it helpful to adjust as needed. No snaps on these.
